News from our arhive: Xzibit Announces He Didnt Break Up Brad And Jen |
In case you’re one of the truly concerned fans lying awake each night wondering, we’ve got confirmation that Xzibit had no part in the recent break up of Hollywood’s favourite couple Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston. Xzibit and Aniston recently spent some time together in London while filming their latest movie, but X tells MTV.com nothing happened between him and Aniston, since that's what everyone was thinking. Xzibit said that she’s not his type anyway.
Now that we’ve cleared that up, I suppose we could give you the scoop on this movie that the pair are starring in. The rapper describes the flick, Derailed, as a drama with a lot of twists. X is playing a character named Dexter, in addition to Aniston, it stars Clive Owen and Wu-Tang Clanster RZA.
RZA plays a mail room clerk/ex-con in his first major acting role and he admitted to MTV that he isn’t the greatest actor yet. The producer said he did take some acting classes beforehand and got some helpful advice from Owen on set. This isn’t the only movie project on the table for either rapper. On April 29, Xzibit will be seen in XXX: State Of The Union alongside Ice Cube. Right now, he’s finishing up the last few dates for a month-long tour in the U.S. RZA is planning to direct his first movie later on this year. The Man With The Iron Fist was also written by the rapper and is sure to be a classic. |
